Ghost Rider could be Robbie Reyes (like in the MCU), which could count for a newcomer.
(I haven't played Monster Hunter, I didn't realize how big he was lol)

We've had a nasty habit of letting leaks sneak right past us, like the SFV Season 2 leak.
I want to believe.
I've told him that a couple times.
All hilarity about his stubbornness aside, I was serious. It's not as flashy as DBZ vids, but the X combos are pretty good this early.
But there's literally no evidence of this leak existing on the Internet prior to today.

That leak was on Reddit like 4-5 days ago. It was deleted.

I'd say that dread Spencer is more iconic to MvC fans at this point, tbh.
Actually, I wouldn't put that past Capcpom.
I wouldn't read too much into it yet, either. MvC3 has folders for NPC helper characters, like Maya and Frank's zombies, so it's not necessarily a sign that everything in that list is playable or something.
Are you sure? I remember a file name "leak," but it was completely different.

i don't think it does. I just tried editing an imgur album of mine, and then opening the link again in another browser in incognito mode. It showed when the album was uploaded but it didn't show an edit timestamp.

Yes. I posted in the very topic asking where it came from. I can guarantee you it was literally the same as what we're seeing now.
Most people just assumed it was fake, and hrs later, the topic vanished.

Hope they add in preorder links for the MCU. Because obviously no one was going to watch those half billion dollar box office movies without including them into this game.
I don't remember how, and I'm not saying this is what is happening here for sure, but people have manipulated Imgur upload dates before.

So I got to play the demo and I'm digging the feel. Character movement feels fluid and responsive to me, and wavedashing seems right. The change back to punches and kicks from light/medium/heavy general attacks will take some getting used to but it's not a big deal. It seems like it will not be difficult to create assist-like situations. I was chucking some plasma with Captain Marvel and immediately tagging out to Chun Li and that seemed to provide a decent amount of coverage. The types of mixups seem the same as in UMVC3. There's still eight-way airdashing, and you can still option select into a throw from a dash with heavy punch. Overall, it's not a looker but it's got a decent number of characters that I like and the final word is the gameplay. I'm liking it so far.

Looking at the two lists together, the only character missing from your list is Ant-Man.
This looks a lot like we're looking at a list of story mode models.

He'd float around, firing lightning either Palpatine-style through his hands, or from the sky, create things/monsters (maybe like MvC2 Jill/Frank West?) like wolves, pterosaurs,piranha, and...other creatures
and , possibly have one of his fanatics/hired help attack for him like with Ultron's drones (Solo firebombing? Pooh sisters and their wind control? Juruong's control over water? Maybe he could even summon the dragon?) He also has zombies, wrestlers, Regular drones and robots, among other things ready to die for their master.
He could also teleport and fire energy balls
He has barely any melee options to my knowledge. he does have sharp red nails but he doesn't use them for that. They could do something with those though I suppose.
His level 3 would probably be summoning Caduceus/transforming into Meio Prime (depending on if they go by the old series or the reboot)
