I love Sega Lord X, awesome content. This was a really nice vid as well. I totally agree; there are much better ánd worse versions out there of Doom. I would have loved to be able to play it back in the day. Didn't have a 32x unfortunately, didnt have the cash.

Digital Foundry did a video on all the Doom versions, you'd be surprised how different they all were on consoles. Some had levels cut, different enemy placements, sounds etc but most played to their strengths at the time.
