For starters every dev needs an HR blue-haired wxman assigned to them 24h/day until the project is completed. That way, they have no way of being creative or offending any of the 0.1%. After that, fire all artists and assign an AI to create all assets. Even though the project could be done in 2 years, delay it and money launder for another 6+ years because all games need to be made in 8 years now no matter the budget or quality. Hire Troy Baker to please the white chuds, hire Debra Wilson to cameo the mandatory bald or afro bad ass black chick. Fire all testers, release the game and hope for the best!
