Closing arguments have ended and the spectacle that was Microsoft vs. the FTC has finished, for now. The end result was a truly baffling performance from the FTC at times.

There's some overlap there. Specifically in this case, protecting consumers against a possible monopoly would also be in Sony's interest, as well. But also in the interest of all other publishers, too. But the basic idea to keep monopolies from forming in the first place, and have strong antitrust regulations & laws is in the interest of everyone who isn't a giant corporation.

How much of a nonce do you have to be to see that in a marketplace with two major direct competitors, harms by one against the other equate to harms against fair competition; which by definition is a harm against the consumer?

Only those who are trying to do serious mental gymnastics will try to deny this.

45 minute marinade on the pork chop. Set to room temp and start a rosemary butter bath.

I tried a cast iron and egg but for my uses even a regular frying pan from Walmart is good as long as there's Teflon.

Teflon is underrated and as long as you don't scrape it with metal utensils or scrubbing pads then it will last for a while.

Using a rib end chop or pork steak is good too mainly due to Maybelline aka marbling. People always get the white meat and I always say that if you want to take that pretty piece of meat and frame it at home, the white meat. If you want something that's going to be flavorful, succulent, and tender, then you go for the dark meat rib end chops.

Even the ribeye has the ugly end or Delmonico but I don't want to get into controversial takes.
