Nacon Buys Lord of the Rings: Gollum Developer For $60 Million
Nacon announces it has acquired Daedalic Entertainment, the developer of the upcoming game Lord of the Rings: Gollum, for $60 million.

This move was not particularly surprising as Nacon was already set to be the publisher of Daedalic Entertainment's latest project, The Lord of the Rings: Gollum. Daedalic Entertainment is likely best known for the Deponia series and is set to be bought out by Nacon for around $60 million. The acquisition may seem small scale in comparison to Sony and Microsoft's multi-billion-dollar buy-outs, however, Nacon is slowly but surely growing its list of subsidiaries.
