As part of its third quarter earnings release on Tuesday, the publisher said it’s planning to release the next franchise entry before April 2026.

The game has an “expected fiscal year 2026 release” – that’s the 12 month- period starting on April 1, 2025 and running until March 31, 2026.

Four internal EA studios, which the publisher is collectively referring to as Battlefield Studios, are building a connected universe set in the modern day
