+No politics at all in the game. No virtue signaling to the blue haired nose ring people. A fun over the top story. A kinda throwback to 70's martial art flicks.
+No DLC or Extra's shoved down my throat before I even play the game
+No Ambiguous story that turns out like shit
+Fast Fun Gameplay; Not this slow sloth feels like underwater movement
+Tough but fair: If I die I can honesty say its my fault
+Steady Pace: None of the action sequence then slow investigation then back to action sequence most games take. It keeps its foot on the gas
+Gory as shit and grotesque: I love seeing arms, legs, heads, and blood flying everywhere gore!
+Fun Boss Fights: Playing a Hard level then fighting the big chief's at the end! Each boss in unique and a challenge!
+FUN is the focus! This game just seems to make moment to moment fun!

The downer is the camera: This was made in an era where camera issues was common and there is minor issues with the camera at times.

Still buy and play a lot of games from the late 90s-2012 or so. Love being able to pop in a disc or cart and play a complete game that doesn't overstay it's welcome. Shame that we have to rely on remakes and remasters from then to get the same experience.

Basically, what i want is AAA arcade games. That's what Ninja Gaiden 2 was at the time of its release.

The problem is that it's really the opposite of what the audience want. It's anachronistic, it can't exist in the current market.

And the son says he wants to fight the Black Spider Clan but Ryu lectures him the entire game about how violence is bad and they should avoid conflict
And then we get extended sequences were we play as the son who isn't nearly as fun to play as Ryu, and in these sequences we don't really do much outside of walking and talking to other characters
Then it's back to Ryu but we can't go back to dismembering enemies quite yet because Irene, who is now slighly overweight and completely covered up in classic Ninja atire, needs to talk about their feelings for 15-20 minutes

Joke falls flat because Ninja Gaiden already did this exact thing long before the woke age with the original version of NG3.
