Why is “none” not an option? I far prefer the monthly games when they shadow drop a decent indie like Dave the diver etc than bigger games that are either trash, or I have zero interest in, or I already own.

To be honest I will play Stanley parable and Need for speed. Those games are good from what I’ve heard.

Played need for speed back in the day, this is a remaster right? Stanley parable looks like fun, just suicide squad is so gross.

Paying for dogshit like suicide squad is precisely why I don’t have ps plus

It’s a problem I have as well with gaming subscriptions. You end up putting money into the coffers for a game lootbox scheme that curators like Herman Hulst and Sarah Bond spend on Sweet Baby Inc wank like Suicide Squad, Tales of Kenzera Zau, and Flintlock. It’s better to buy direct to reward the developer, if one can.

Hot Pursuit is good but it's a PS4 game that got a PS5 patch in 2020.

Stanley Parable I always wanted to play

Suicide Squad...is Suicide Squad.

Jokes aside, I had enough fun with Suicide Squad.

Story is quite short and as repetitive as all the missions are, I actually enjoyed the way the characters played and how good the gunplay was.

Rest is trash but I don’t regret sinking 10 or so hours from start to finish in it.

I'm playing it now. Got the deluxe edition for $5 and it now has an offline mode. Game is totally fine. Not remarkable but easily a 7 at the lowest. Casual action shooter like Crackdown with solid graphics, Guardians of the Galaxy style jokes that are hit and miss, and lots of DC fan service. I've played much worse games than this. Literally feels like people just lie about it.

Exactly this, it’s become another Knack like situation where the games themselves were always fine but people just constantly shat on them because of everyone else doing the same even though most had never even played them.

Figured not voting would cover this case and the case of not having PS+.

Stanley Parable is amazing and one of the most unique experiences I've ever played, but... I already have it (and had it since its debut on PC).
