Add in the charmless, spiritless, corporate sheen of modern Disney, and you have a recipe for a mundane walk through a swimming pool of slop that doesn't have an ounce of the magic or verve of the original cartoon.

The film that got my grandfather into loving animation was Snow White, which is a work of art.

I say, take a massive dump on its legacy and passively let it happen with no opinion on the creative changes or what your kids are watching, bc that's what real men do.

I didn't bother watching it, saw enough months ago. From inception this movie seemed like a joke, like maybe I'd prefer a version where the wicked witch is actually ugly. Mirror is about to lie to her. Also sending the message that evil is cool and sexy. Fairy tales deal in simple stories that teach basic shit. They screwing with it.

If you simply said you had no issue with the movie that would be one thing, and just an opinion. But you took it a step further and in the same breath asserted you had no balls to care anyway bc it's a "fairy tale" which is just a troll take.

“Modern Audience” trope sigh, i wonder if people really believe it when they say that… I wonder why kids of any age cannot enjoy the original classic (like they have done for
