Getting a strong 3rd Doctor vibe from the costume in that last photo there.
You probably wanted the words to show in full but its not the best dimensions to fit.

What is this?A TARDIS for ANTS?
Hey!
Hey!I bought one of those off ThinkGeek for my mom! You put cookies in it and when you close it it makes the TARDIS sound!
Aha Capaldi's face in that photo."They shrank the fucking Tardis, what the fuck is this hoity-toity bollocks nonsense"
The viewing public is going to be so displeased when they find out he's not playing that character anymore.

Well, we've already got confirmed for us he's a darker, more no-nonsense Doctor... I don't think anybody really expects him to eff and blind.
Polite suggestion for someone who knows what they're doing with Photoshop:

Yeah the swearing is gone but I'd love some of the Malcolm Tucker incredulity at other people's incompetence. Whereas Tennant and Smith's Doctors would reason with people or beg them to change their ways, I'd love Capaldi's to just sweep in, call everyone or infer that everyone is being stupid, sort it out and move on. We'd have a quicker pace that way.
For his first episode or two, yeah. And Hartnell didn't take any shit. He seemed endlessly annoyed by Barbara and Ian.
Paul McGann has revealed that production has begun on a sequel to The Five(ish) Doctors Reboot.
The comedy short film, which was created to celebrate Doctor Who's 50th anniversary last year, starred McGann, Sylvester McCoy, Colin Baker and Peter Davison as themselves. In the film, the former Doctor actors attempted to become stars in the anniversary special.
No further details have been revealed about the sequel at this stage.

Yeah to the above. The people who say Hartnell was the grump are either massively simplifying or haven't really seen his stuff. It's like saying Tennant is harsh and firm after seeing The Christmas Invasion.

@bbcdoctorwho are doing a Twitter commentary for a BBC Three DOTD repeat tonight. Images, facts, links etc. Doubt there'll be much new insight but worth a look. 7.45pm.
Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi has recorded a heartfelt and funny video message pledging to help students at his former art school after their work was lost in a fire at the building.
Capaldi has joined Hollywood star Brad Pitt as a trustee of The Mackintosh Appeal, which aims to raise money to restore parts of the Glasgow Art School's Mackintosh building, after it was hit by a blaze last month.
Former graphic design student Capaldi is an alumnus of the school, while Pitt is a fan of Scots architect Rennie Mackintosh who designed the building.
I guess from a modern standpoint you can just start from the 2005 series onward. It's all on Netflix if you have it.Didn't want to make a new thread for this, but I wanted to start watching the show. Apparently there are like a million different versions, right? So where's a good place to start?

Starting from 2005 is probably the best way.
