It's pretty punishable though

It's basically a roll cancelled blanka ball in a game where not everyone has access to the same roll cancels. They're also rarely blocked when they're done on reaction. I don't think I saw Inco block and punish more than 2 ex qbombs in the 5 game set.

Rooting for fuerte to beat bonchan since bonchan will find a way to come to evo whether he wins or loses and more people need to be exposed to ridiculous fuerte play.

I know my punishes and I think it's still a little too good. With the push back it's a difficult punish unless you have a Ultra that reaches. Without a ultra that reaches, you're relegated to weak punishes like Rufus's sweep(the vast majority of normals won't reach him though) that won't scare Fuerte into stopping it. I mean if my EX DP only got me punished by 100 damage the majority of the time, I'll throw it out randomly to without much regret.

My problem is that it's a true reversal with throw and hit invincibility and doesn't get punished like one most of the time. It should be a brain dead punish instead of needing timing for so little damage.

IIRC, there are a few characters (Gouken may be one, going from memory) who have a super difficult time getting any real punish on it.
