I didn't really understand the outrage either. There are one of two ways this could've turned out:

1. He's wrong and the game releases on June 21st/24th.
2. He's right and the game releases in July or August.

If he's wrong, that reflects poorly on him and Kotaku, but you still get your game in June. If he's right, you just have to wait a month or two more for the game to release. Either way, what are you really losing and what justifies harassing Jason?

I have no idea what the actual translation should be. People never write it that way from what I seem to remember though. I wouldn't object to that though.

Six weeks is unfortunate, but nothing dealbreaking. Curious what inspired the relatively short-notice push.

I'm ok with A delay or a second delay if some big unforeseen thing happens but i can only take so many delays till i just lost all interest (like mighty no 9) and No Man's Sky is 1 last delay from being that.

I wish people would just wait until the game is fully done and THEN make their estimated release date. This is what? 3rd delay?
