Maybe a lucky volunteer/E3 guy got a hold of the coding while setting up for the demos?
...I don't know how that works though...

I mean yeah? So does UMVC3 on PS4. Even UMVC3 on PS3 didn't have long load times in between stuff, was pretty snappy.
This probably looks lightning fast to you coming from SFV with those insane load times LOL!
I don't think he liked working there. It was his dream, but I think Capcom USA didn't have as much of a say? Shame because he worked hard for us... And tried to be transparent for capcom.
And to answer Dahbomb's thing about social media, I think Capcom just doesn't want to spend the money anymore (or doesnt have it). To think Capcom was ahead in this area with Capcom Unity, etc, but slowly they have been cutting it out.. After DMC4:SE they released that Capcom Unity guy who did the DMC stuff (and then Kiets going silent)... And Combofiend before with USF4 patch released videos and was more communicative, and we had capcom pro talk which was fun. Now we got nothing. I miss Capcom pro talk...
I don't really buy that Capcom would compress their characters using a .zip file on their disc. I also don't know how someone would have their hands on a disc atm. I don't buy that leak.
Having said that, Capcom has been known to do strange things in the past...

I mean we got dropped into the middle of the story I'm not sure how you expected to get invested in it.
It's not the issue of being invested in the story, its how the story was being presented.
At same time, the list came out like 8 days ago and correctly mentioned few characters that were in story mode (Dragon Boss, Grandmaster Meios, etc) It's plausible that someone saw the trailer way early and decided to make a fake leak. We wouldn't know until we get more reveals in the future.
RIP Gregaman.
damn
Dante looking coked out
You'll have to forgive me, I may have missed something out of being very exhausted and trying to keep myself up. I couldnt do all his hypers due to little to no bars. But if you need anything else just let me know.

Zero's new moves:

Looks like the Rakuhouha from X4

Here's the other:

Zero cancels out of his Sentsuizan into an ice technique of some sort
Looks like the F-Splasher (Hisuisho) from X5

His new lvl1 was definitely the Raijinshou from X7.

Injustice 2 isn't that bad. Then again, it runs on UE3, not 4.Tekken and Injustass also have long loading times, it's not just SFV.![]()
DBZ also killed SRK motions.@maximilian_ 4m4 minutes ago
More
Everything in DBZF was QCF/QCB motions. Didn't find any SRK moves, or Back-Forward. Supers were QCB or QCF + 2 attacks.
If anyone would possibly know...
Does Hiryu still have Ragnarok as his level 3?
They already showed his LVL3 in the trailer... it's some new tornado hyper.

Considering how SFV's Cinematic Story Mode came and went you'd think they would notice by now that it isn't going to help Infinite. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if the story demo scares some people away. Sure, some folks will be satisfied with it but there will be plenty of people who rather spend they $60 elsewhere. They seem to be pushing story mode hard so I imagine they think that's the sole problem SFV had.

Quick impressions.
The gameplay in the Story demo was fun, but since it was limited and the story sequences looked so rough, I was fairly depressed at the end of last night's stream. Really wasn't feeling the game.
The 1v1 demo's visuals (at least on the E3 TV's) do look better. This is not the case for the character model/faces. They still look very rough outside of Cpt Marvel/Strider and a couple others who look good. The lighting and overall visuals appear to be more refined in the 1v1 build, especially seeing Thanos/Iron Man or shiny ass characters on that desert stage looked great. The hitsparks also look pretty awesome and different than marvel 3, some cool particles. The game itself, when finally playing against humans, is legit fun. The system allows for some crazy shit, and defense will be tough as you'll be getting opened up constantly via the tag system (take this as a compliment or otherwise). The game really shows it's scars after the match is over, or during cinematic supers when it dives into a close shot of a character model and face, and you're reminded how rough they look.
They're very lucky the game is fun as hell, at least this early on, because the artstyle and many other artistic choices are very questionable. This is almost a repeat situation of KOF14. Fun as hell gameplay, weak character models/lighting at release.
I saw Kai use it, but it didn't hit. I also didn't see how many bars it used. It's in there though.
Also note for Zero; his air H (whatever button it is in MVCI) looks like its twice as big. It looks really cool in motion.
Do you know what Morrigan's new move is? Some kind of ground spike, I read.

Not to press but did you hear or ask if there was any indication that Capcom is aware the game looks rough and something will be done (ala IJ2 improving faces etc)?

That sounds like it - can you describe it more?It was some extended blade attack, only saw it done from the air? Might be something different.
Spencer's Armor Piercer and Bionic Lancer have like no meatiness or weight to them.
Like might as well just delete this character now if you can't copy/pasta properly. And I am not even a big Spencer fan.
When you got hit by Da Bionic Arm... even your fucking ancestors felt that.

Yah and i dont think it has invincibility anymore?Spencer's Armor Piercer and Bionic Lancer have like no meatiness or weight to them.

I mentioned it to folks at Marvel and Capcom, they said they're still working on the visuals.
Just makes me wonder how many people are even playing KOF14 right now.

Well that and the story mode being jank, but you'd have to assume Capcom/Disney execs are looking at IJ2, DBZ, and hell UMvC3 and asking why MvC:i looks awful compared to those.... Like is Capcom that tone deaf? It's probably the biggest complaint they've gotten I bet. Hopefully that results in some significant upgrades in visuals and character faces.
I wanted to get your impressions on how Dante feels to play. He seemed very clunky from the videos and not smooth like his MvC3 version.
Pretty much a different character, but similar specials to UMVC3. However, they'll mostly different inputs now, and his combo structure is totally changed.
Isn't that a new special? I've seen it before in X5 I believe.
Morrigan needs her true best super back
