I have a few friends that work behind a computer. They usually are "working" while watching a stream or browsing other websites while getting paid to be "working". So I asked them why they make such a big deal about NSFW content when they should be working at work in the first place. Is a drawing/picture really worse than you browsing 9gag while you are at work you disgusting piece of shit?

It's heavily job dependent. I'm a manager too and I can't 100% stop my employees because IT/HR don't want to put the controls in place. I can give them more work, but people are crafty.

I agree but at least let me see you put a little effort into your job, my parents instilled into me at a very young age if your going to do something do it right and to the best of your abilities.
I’m not that much of a hard ass as if a see you on your cell phone or PC once in a while I’ll let it slide but don’t abuse it, I’ve had way too many new employees get distracted too much by cell phones.
