If we base our data from professional analysis of such technology, 128gb would cost $20-$30, while 256gb is $40-$60. They could go with 128gb + 2TB SSHD and cost them about $50.

You just said it, they could be wrong. I have a confident belief in the concerns I posted with dual GPU s that that's the case. No, personally I think PS5 is in the high 11 range, Xbox is in the low 12 range, and the PS5's SSD is much faster. Honestly I personally just want to wait till both companies make their respective specs official. I love speculating, but I'm getting sick of the bickering and fighting. I just want to see all the damn awesome games we're gonna get.

Im thinking the talk about twin GPUs is correct, so that would give us 72 Cu's. I think the 2.0ghz speed is correct, as Cerny would have developed a new way to cool it.
So by my count it will be 4608 (72 * 64) * 2 * 2000 = 18.5tflops.

I'd also add that I'd first believe Sony has an MCM GPU, previously non existing produced tech in a GPU, with some type of AMD infinity Fabric before I'd believe in a dual GPU like on the traditional sense, but a 72 dual would be hard to believe with a larger GPU makes more sense.

Its hard to tell. Sony pretty much developed the Navi architecture for AMD, so they may also be able to get access to RDNA 3 feature sets.

With the API Sony will be using, it's going to be able to get to the bare metal of the GPU as well, and as we know DX 12 is just bloatware, so MS is also going to be behind on that.

If he's right then that confirms my own suspicions that a 2019 launch was definitely planned, and stuff happened behind the scenes causing a delay. I think something between Layden and Ryan is a big part of that.
It would also confirm the Github data leaks, but in a sense that the chips being tested were part of an older design (the $399 target for 2019 launch). And it'd also confirm that one of the two GPUs tied to PS5 was added later on.
If plans were changed because they somehow got access to specs for Scarlet/XSX then it'd also mean Sony did a U-turn as a strong reaction to MS, and there may've been other plans for the 2019 PS5 launch which had to be scrapped and set them back to the drawing board. Which is pretty uncharacteristic of them tbh (then again, they're only just now getting a new sales/marketing lead for PS division which is also uncharacteristic this close to a system launch).
....that of course is depending on if that user is who they claim to be.

According to Panello, I think it was him, it doesn't matter what's on the chip, the size of the wafer and how many working chips you can get off a wafer dictates cost. So if the 40cu chip and the 18cu chip average out to be less than 1/2 the 56cu chip while having equal or better yields, sure.

I'm curious about infinity fabric with multi chip that Amd is developing. Would Sony go that route? There are rumors of Sony not doing APU but multi chip and doing 3D ram HBM on interposer.
Plus this rumors about $499 with $100 loss and pachter saying the specs he heard sounded $1000 to him.

Something like Xenos is maybe possible. APU + RT daughter die on MCM. That would explain the lack of RT results in the GitHub leak.
They'll need some Edram or even better Esram in the daughter die to mitigate latency issues.
A 300mm APU with 150mm daughter die would be way cheaper to fab than a 450mm monolithic APU.
