I will be a little salty if DS5 has a built in mic and does voice commands and all the stuff OG XBone did. MS was way ahead of the time on that one and people are all about their Alexa’s and Google assistants now, just don’t get it smh

PS4 did voice commands too. I think some sort of home hub control is a definite possibility for this "extra surprise" from Sony that keeps getting hinted at. Just wondering if they'd partner with someone who already does it or not. Google might be the more obvious choice as Sony use Android for their TV's, but they are competitors in the gaming space now.

Given when they should be starting manufacturing the PS5 for retail around November-December, An announcement or a full reveal event within a month is highly possible (now till mid April). This could even be to announce an actual full blown event, for a live stream given the circumstances.

@o'dium Given we currently have extended storage supported on PS4, how would this work on PS5 especially if the internal SSD's bandwidth is around 5 GB/s? USB 3.2 Gen2 is around 1 GB/s

I want these machines to be as powerful as possible but not to the point that they become excessively expensive... if we get a 12tf PS5 for same price as XsX I will be very very happy.

If they try and put out a 13-15tf machine for more money to be honest I probably won't even bother buying it until much later when they are on sale.

They really do need to find the sweet spot for performance and cost, i'm hoping they don't shoot too high and price themselves out of the game right out of the gate.

Don't expect them to put out a crazy spec machine and take a huge loss on hardware, just don't see it happening especially right now with a possible recession looming over the horizon.

It would of been nice to see some next gen games for sure, but i think that is for E3, or was. Yesterday was just showing the tech like RT with Minecraft (the only game that has true 100% RT), and the loading for old games etc.
I hope Sony show something next gen, but i wouldnt be surprised if they dont.

A console does not need to have more TF to be better and +/- 1 TF will make no difference in the end.

But if MS needed to up-clock after their official reveal just to match a competitor then they will have already admitted defeat.
