Until the first video of someone doing a kamikaze dive and beat the LOD to "ground" and people see how detailed the world is actually when flying. (Which is still very pretty. As the series always has been) But damn will we see the memes flood.Tht flight simulator that has and will be shown on a pc with titans tht looks OK for what it is will surely save the day, some day?

Haven't watched the whole thing yet.. I like the idea of open world Halo, but the demo itself was just OK. I saw the Obsidian RPG and that excites me... the Rare game looks cool but CGI trailers... zzzzz..
I'll watch the whole thing after work, but I don't have high exceptions from what I've seen so far.

Just fyi, was I the only one to notice that every single PS5 Studios game said "Running in engine on the PS5" and most Xbox games today had, at best, someone saying it's running "in engine"?

I think the arguments against SSD and fast I/O speeds on the PS5 making a difference just died today. And this is THE flagship title Greenberg was fellating since the 3rd party presentation...what happen with NO LOD next gen, i guess it was held back...

Why did they show Psychonauts for so long, it was cringe city after a few minutes. Looks like something from Cartoon Network. which is maybe the art style they’re going for I get that, but it dragged on way too long.
I can see very little reason to pick up a series X at present.

Tho competition is always good and welcome, but yeah Sony were firing always even when their competitors were at their lowest, like for ex they've been firing Shadow of the Colossus and God Of War when their competitors almost didn't exist.

this game potentially has a PS5 version with better texture and lights as well as ray tracing @4K60. It is already bettern than halo and PS5 will look generation apart from it.

I love Halo, used to play competitively in yesteryear, but that was poor.
If I was Sony, I'd feel pretty good. Drop some serious exclusives, SHOW GAMEPLAY, fire off $399 and Microsoft will be sweating, power crown and all. They really have to step up..I wasn't too enthralled today.
Interestingly, I felt Sony's last show was average at best but still better than this.
