I don't think so. I think the top speed of cars is somehow related to the games framerate. So if your running at 60 fps, you gonna own last gen players in any races. What I'm also curious about is will the online be PS5 only or will PS5 and PS4 players be able to play in the same lobbies. On one hand it may be nice to play with friends who don't have a PS5 yet, but on the other hand you'll have to wait on the PS4 players for the game to load when going in and out of activities which takes forever and PS5 only lobbies would greatly speed up the process. Maybe they'll have options for both?
You get that for free on PC with mods, so...Visuals above the PC version's highest settings, raytracing, DualSense features, HDR, 3D audio... how are $10 too expensive for all that?

for free on PC
So it wasn’t freeThe community did most of the job.
3D audio is standard on the PC version. You get 5.1 audio if you have the PC connected to a receiver or you can get it in your headphones if you have the Dolby Atmos / DTS:X app in your PC.The ps5/Xbox cost $500, can a $500 pc run these free mods? Can the pc used in thr video even run these free mods? What's with all the hitching and frame drops, strange how people froth at the mouth whenever this stuff happens anywhere else but when showing off the free mods (which are most certainly running on a $500 pc right) people turn a blind eye.
Edit: wait, there are free mods for pc that add dualsense, 3d audio and proper hdr?
It was, since those mods are free and modders don't get paid.So it wasn’t free
Yes it will... PS5, PS6 and PS7.That shit ain’t coming out on ps5

Heck, my potato PC runs the vanilla version at 1080p 50 fps WITH 3D audio.
Oh, and by the way, these are the specs of the PC running all the mods on the video:
GeForce RTX™ 3090 OC
Ryzen™ 7 5800X
32GB RAM
If we compare it spec-for-spec with the Series X, it has the same CPU, a somewhat less GPU (Series X GPU is equivalent of a RT3060 Ti) and half the RAM. Since the demo runs at 4k 60 fps with RT at those specs, it matches the RT specs for 4k 30 fps. It WOULD be considered a "nice job" if Rockstar made the game run at 4k 60 fps WITH RT at the specs of the Series X, but since that's not the case...

You're wasting your time, the superiority complex blinds those types! Is the cost of that pc equivalent to the $500 that a ps5 or xsx would cost?
Are you starting to understand the silliness of your supposed "gotcha console people!"
Time is moneyIt was, since those mods are free and modders don't get paid.
Nope. Both Sony and Microsoft are selling their consoles at a loss FOR THEM, not Rockstar. Is the cost of that pc equivalent to the $500 that a ps5 or xsx would cost?
Adding lol in every post doesn't help your case , good sir. Makes you look like a fucking kindergarten inhabitant. In Production so 2028 lol my point is stop buying this PS3 game for god sake and GTA 6 would have been made by now
Valid argument actuallyYes it will... PS5, PS6 and PS7.
Nope. Both Sony and Microsoft are selling their consoles at a loss FOR THEM, not Rockstar.
My logic here is the following:
Specs X run Y and it costs Z for that software. If Z = 0 (mods and unlocking framerate), then it's not logical to pay for something that costs 0.

Agree for most games and software, since those are finished products. GTA or Skyrim, for example, are already finished products that allow for mods and further enhancements from the community on the PC sphere, and makes no sense for console users to pay for something other users (PC modders) do to enhance their games. It's essentially charging money for community-made mods. But if you paid three times as much for "Specs X" does it make any sense at all to point out that you saved $10 due to free mods? There are plenty of great arguments for PC over console, but these days cost savings isn't a very good one.
You get that for free on PC with mods, so...
Anyway, this is just Rockstar greed. They picked the PC version, the mods, and called it a day. The community did most of the job.

If it's Microsoft or Sony charging money, it'd be ok, since they are the ones losing money over every console sold.
But Rockstar? that's just pure unadultered greed.
Where is it stated that the enhancements made to the console version is from "community-made mods"?
LOL at least i ain't buying a game from 2013 againAdding lol in every post doesn't help your case , good sir. Makes you look like a fucking kindergarten inhabitant.
