Boy, if you only have 2 things to list, is it even worth doing bullet points? So they lock alternate outfits behind DLC. Thanks, I hate it.

Yea but XB2 didn't make the default costumes as drab as possible like XB3 did, and while you're right, it's still shitty to do.
