I believe they outsourced it to crystal dynamics and then CD got bought by Tencent and told to prioritize Tomb Raider. But we saw Perfect Dark gameplay. So I guess CD can do both.

The Direct page does clearly state that they'll show games coming to Xbox, PC and game pass later this year .. so it would have been an easy win for me
