Not a fan of the Hair strands, it's enabled in the Ashley shot but not the Leon's, Looks great from a distance but up close...not so much
Ashley also looks blonder with it enabled, whereas you can see below she has a greyish hue instead without it, but the hair is more detailed close up.

IIRC some Square games add water mark on user / console pictures too, at least the ones in FFVII Remake do.
