Free speech is fundamental human right, and those government that infringe upon such are not fit to govern their people. The people if they tolerate this are not fit to elect their leaders either.
We need vast copyright reform, to reduce duration of copyright, and free speech must be promoted at an international level.(yes copyright is an infringement of the right of free speech, which is why it must be severely limited only to the extent it fosters the arts and sciences.)

When it comes to free speech, it really comes down to what you or anyone else thinks should be included in free speech. And what should be excluded. And every person and politicians definition is different.
For sake of ease and conforming to the lowest common denominator, laws are typically set and change over time to cover as many bases as possible with the intention of protection and safety of people's emotions.
So a big tough guy who can take the most offensive joke ever with the thickest skin will eventually lose out to people who complain at insulting remarks as policies change.
Changing laws to this helps government on two fronts:
1. Makes government's lives easier as passing laws dictates what is allowed and not allowed so they dont have to get stuck in the middle
2. Makes the general populace feel better so they dont over-react or go ape shit for revenge

Will add one more thing, nonconsensual porn or revenge porn is obvious no no, as is targeted harassment of non public figures. Though how that goes regards memes is a good question, as memes can be distressing even if nonpornographic but the potential of making memes illegal sounds like it opens a can of worms.
Also once you share nudes the genie is out of the bottle, regardless of legality. With encryption there can be no telling what is being shared encrypted or kept encrypted.
That said I do believe the person should be able to consent to sharing pictures of their body once they are an adult when no abuse has taken place. I do not believe in saying a teen should be put on sex offender registry and sent to jail for sexting, nor for taking or keeping pictures of their own bodies or later sharing such through sites such as onlyfans(once they are adults).
Also completely fabricated nonexistent people such as cg, drawings, etc obviously don't exist as real people.

And cancel culture can still take effect against individuals, people will deny them employment, spit on their food, and even try to injure or kill them. These laws are mostly used to pass on what seems like unacceptable changes to society such as forced or compelled speech, and forcing others to accept category changes that go against others' beliefs, they impose beliefs on others. They are used to bar discussion of attempts to bring about unwanted change by silencing those opposed to what seems like unreasonable change that in some cases no one wants.
Forcing people into silence does not create unity, it creates seething resentment, and once the genie of energy growth goes out and austerity hits the UK, things won't be pretty. The death rate over there is likely to dwarf many a country.

True, maybe jail those who got it from them, but I still say that putting the actual individual in jail and putting sex offender registry is an extreme. Same goes for teens sexting. Maybe like happens with laws that allows 17 year olds to date 15 year olds, the law could show some flexibility towards such individuals.
Also as I said previously some adults do have small height and small breasts and do look underage even though they are adults. In some countries it is illegal for said adults to show their bodies in adult entertainment despite being adults.

Will also add that the biggest issue with CP, is not that it is CP, but that most of it involves abuse in its creation(It is nonconsensual and there are victims. And as I said I'm against nonconsensual porn or revenge porn being shared.). Society jailing an individual, say a parent for having photos of his toddler running around naked or sharing such with family and friends in the photo album, that is extreme and unnecessary abuse, as is jailing two teenagers sexting each other. When a large portion of your innocent population is considered as criminal, simply for normal behavior, there is something wrong with your law.

It's basically the same, you aren't able to incite violent acts. The only key difference imo is the libel laws are different as is in the proof of burden, in the UK the person posting the newspaper article has to prove that what they have printed is true otherwise its libel.

You can get arrested and there is a potential jail sentence of 6 months using one law (communication act 2003) and/or fine of about £6000 but don't know if anyone has been sent to jail.
No one has been charged due to not using people's preferred pro-nouns as far as I know.

Swipe apps are made for people not to leave. They benefit women who want to feel sexy by getting matches.
Thats their goal, keep you on there and sell you shit. Why anyone who wants something serious would use tinder is crazy.

I found and married someone off eharmony (non swipe site). Yeah it ended in divorce but It lasted 9 years.
This year I found the love of my life using facebook dating, which I don't consider a swipe site like tinder. A site no one seems to mention for dating but there seems to be a lot of ladies on there in the 30-50 range.
I had a bunch of matches (would of had more if didn't smoke at the time). Most I didn't relate to and the one was some weirdo, who i had to ditch.
The difference between the older or non swipe apps and those like tinder. Is tinder is aimed at young people who want to "hookup". It's not aimed at long term relationships.
If I can score a beautiful babe at 42, while a smoker, who is divorced, and doesn't own a home anymore, plus has a crap job, i think thats saying something.
