Yes. It's just like the PC version. Same with FPS, most of the best FPS on console have m/kb support now.

havent played any recent ones like AoM/AoE4 but I did play Halo wars a bunch years ago. It's better than I thought with use of radial menus and such. Def not as good as mouse but it gets the job done for casual play.

Not sure if I would ever want to play these masterpieces on a console but for those that don't do PC gaming it's certainly cool. Age 2 and Mythology are among the best games the RTS genre has to offer.
