Concord is gone man, no one will ever touch this IP ever again. Even if it comes back as f2p no one will care to play it, will only die again and become even bigger laughing stock. The game will have its place in gaming history, but not as a successful IP with sequels

If Concord ever reared it's head again it'd probably be unrecognisable. Just taking the old code as a framework but completely new cast of characters, new maps, new name. That's the only hope they have to salvage something from it. Take the code but ditch all the design work. They will never release a game with the concord name again because why would you want a new release to be tied to a trainwreck.

Yes, they will announce new Socom and Killzone this month. Next yr they will be put aside to concentrate on sequal to a beloved game, that game will be Concord 2, a realistic vision of how the military in the western world will look in another 10 yrs.

I can verify Concord 2 has been greenlit with a budget of 1.3 billions. They really want to redeem themselves.

That is the only thing that i can see them do. Yes. The IP itself is worthless so Sony would bury the name and all the currently characters in a metaphorical landfill. The skeleton of the game is apparently competent, so they can recycle that and use it in a different title.
