Cutting the cord is now more expensive then keeping the cord

I pay $105 for direct tv and have an antenna for locals and Chicago sports net. I also have peacock, Max, Paramount, and Apple TV. GF has Netflix. Funny thing is I really don’t watch that much tv.

So you are on an introductory offer and plan on keeping the introductory pricing? Maybe you live in an area with multiple providers, but for most people the cable company will give you a $10 break per month max if you try and continue on your deal.
I did with this company for 15 years. Just need to ask be re-bundled when the intro deal ends.

Ever since I moved out on my own 2003, I've never had cable. Netflix because wife wants it and youtube because the entire fam watches and I hate ads. Gaming on the other hand...

Sports are insane, I refuse to pay huge subsidies just to watch NFL games. So I have... workarounds that are pretty much perfect now, watch whatever game I want.

But honestly I'd just rather lose access to it before I'd ever sign on for one of these high-priced subs. The NFL is too flush with cash, and ESPN is owned by the most evil corporation Disney so screw letting them make a profit off it.
