Its brainwashing, and they all do it (Ubiosft say it constantly, even when you load up Uplay lol). Its just a lot easier for companies to sell MTX and dlc for multiplayer games.

Yeah you're right on that. It happened with Crash and Ratchet & Clank so hopefully the same happens here with Dead Space.

So its a Demon's Souls style remake of the first game, but with added improvements to gameplay.
Wouldnt of wanted anyhting else to be honest.
Hopefully a remake of the 2nd game is coming too.

Hmmm im really hoping ea dont mess this up, i loved the first two dead space games, although considering motive last games haven't really been graphical powerhouses it will be intresting to see gameplay , although wasnt star wars squadrons the only game u can play as anything but a white male, i hope they not gonna be all woke sjw or in with the changing times etc i just was dead space 4k with graphics that blow u away

Disappointed that it's a remake. I mean RE2 and RE3 being remade made sense cause the games first came out on the PSX and were fixed camera angle/pre rendered backgrounds. The original Dead Space really hasn't aged much and still looks gorgeous.

Exciting all the same but a different story line would be better in my eyes. I mean, are they gonna remake 2 and 3 next? Just seems like a waste of potential plot.

Nice. Very nice. Dead Space is a pretty damn good game. I hope 2 gets the same treatment since it fixes several of the sequences in 1 that were for lack of a better word, tedious. Asteroid shooting and the medical bay are the two that come to mind.
