Do you smoke weed?

Wherever the wind takes it.

Haha, I doubt they ever found that wizard.

I was good at avoiding getting caught because I picked my moments and could read the public area very well. Developed a kind of sixth sense for it.

Oh, yeah. They found nothing. But there was no way they could miss it.

Never send a man to do a dog's job.

It was on a Scottish island, so really it was probably because they were bored. I don't blame them. And it does reek.

It would have been too much paperwork and hassle to have found something.

Now, the immigration officers who came a knockin'... I had good fun making them look like chumps - not that either of them could have even caught a sloth.

Police wasting their time and our money searching for someone that's inhaling smoke from a burning herb. So weird.

Nah, just bored island police.

And it fucking reeks, so if they'd continued smoking it, it would have been me the police would have been around for, for bodily harm.

I'm happy to report I completely stopped smoking after 10+ years

I had bad back problems (sciatica) that completely immobilized me. Naturally I couldn't get weed at that time.

This evolved into me stopping smoking altogether

There are times when I miss it. Especially when I play certain games or watch movies.

But ultimately I'm a happier person now

Yes I did. But I think I just gave it up pertinently as I haven;t smoked the stuff in 6 months. It really lost its' appeal after it became legalized in Canada. Plus I have been feeling better without the stuff.

I got bored of the nightly urge to get high before bed. I'm 100 days weed-free this Monday. My previous longest break since I started regular weed use via smoking, edibles, or dabbing was ~120 days. Right now, I feel like I can keep abstaining indefinitely. I'm in a good headspace, and exercise has been a good alternative to keep me away. The money-saving is great too. I still like to do shrooms here and there.

The good news is that I'm not addicted.

I was mortified yesterday that I would have the urge in the morning the next day but I don't.

Next time that I'm on the cusp of having a mental breakdown (which is normally during this time of the year) I could do a joint and live again like the world isn't going to cave in on me. The amount of stress that a person can accumulate throughout the course of a year as an adult is not normal.

Friday night me and my girlfriend were bored, it had been years (10+) since I smoked marijuana. Randomly selected one laced with hash on the website, went and picked it up and proceeded to smoke the whole thing.

Never again, my face felt like it was being pulled backwards, barely could keep my eyes open or get out of the bed to take a piss.

I'm always in the excess but never thought weed could do that, insane.
Dude, with a 10+ year break, smoking a whole spliff? You'll definitely see the matrix, it's like a light mushroom trip after being off it for so long.

Edit: Did you mean a hash laced joint, and not a cigarette? Yeah, you were asking for it 🤣

"This Sativa strain, in hash infused pre-rolled form, has a strong THC content and contains CBD. This concentrate may give the impression of feeling stimulated and may uplift your mood. This product has lemony and earthy aromas. CAUTION! This high-intensity product should be used only in small quantities. When inhaled, the effects appear within 90 seconds and may last up to two or three hours after consumption, sometimes longer."

Stimulated and uplift my ass, I was dead lol

It was 3 pre-rolled joints of 0.5g and I smoked one completely.

Incidentally, I started smoking this year again after having stopped for nearly 10 years. In fact, I'm currently awaiting a shipment of 35g that'll arive in an hour or so by mail.

Weed got "legalized" this year here and it's been working pretty good for me. I don't smoke the way I used to, i.e., it's not only about getting baked anymore. This was what killed my relationship with weed previously, I viewed it as something strictly recreational and so I went nuts on it, like you'd do with booze or speed. Like I packed up a bowl, smoked it, and smoked another one right when the I would start it feeling wearing off (which often times would be within an hour or two). I smoked this way for like 8 years, which had a detrimental efffect both on myself and my enjoyment of weed as well.

Luckily I matured a bit over the years and now I'm able to enjoy it differently. I smoke 2 or 3 sessions a day (which is still a lot, obviously) and then go on to enjoy stuff. It's not about being baked all the time anymore and just about being less miserable instead. Looking forward to light one up later on, enjoy some music and then play some more Metaphor.

It's good that you've acknowledged that. My younger self did not care about expenses and more than half of it would go towards weed. And it's just like you said, it's less about being baked all the time and more about fighting that wave of depression that always comes and goes. I think I prefer drinking now though.

Had a bad trip, which caused me to question who i was, sending me into a suicidal extestential crisis. I was hospitalized for a week.

No mpre psychedelics for me.
Sorry you had that experience. Remember smoking with my cousin outside. Walk back in, notice he hasn't returned, bext thing I know there's an ambulance taking him away. He had a panic attack and depersonalization for a month.

We can make me maniac but the things I do are things I've suppressed for a LONG time because they're not "accepted" or "the norm ". If there's an issue in life it puts it in front of me to deal with but with a different perspective.

I've recently stopped again, but I make a gram last almost 2 weeks with a single hitter. The product strength and my sensitivity doesn't require more. I'm flying.

It might be easier to pause than if I was more heavily dosed.

While I find some benefits, steady use has inhibited my ability to be appropriately stern and uncompromising, kind and empathetic, to situations. Which current responsibilities require.

I'm 35, never tried.

Had a cancer in my 20s so... I'm not attracted to the idea of smoking. Edibles tho ? Maybe one day.
Just be careful if you ever do choose edibles. Start out slow. The most common mistake people make is eating some, not feeling anything for an hour or so and thinking they "just need to eat more" and then two hours later they're seeing aliens building the pyramids and freak the fuck out. Start out with a nibble, wait up to two hours before eating more. But for someone who's never tried THC, a nibble will suffice, it'll just take some time to kick in. Edibles are way more psychoactive than smoking.

There's a time and place for it, like drinking beer, but I hardly do it now. After a while buying cartridges every month adds up and costs like $400+ for two people. I could spend that money on so many other things. I think I stopped doing it after I was prescribed my meds from my doctor so I no longer need weed anymore, now its a .25mg of alprazolam once a day, it's a very low dosage which I can stop and have stopped cold turkey and have no withdrawals, thats the trick, you gotta know your limit and stick to it. Booze, tobacco and weed is like a triangle ,once you end up stopping one, the rest become easier to wean off. I don't even smoke cigs at work anymore.
