Good on Leicester for signing Kramaric. Good on Kramaric for not letting Mourinho loan him out somewhere in Holland for a few years.

he'll probably end up there anyway though

I like Simeone. Would I like him at Citeh? Hmm, unsure. He is obviously a great coach who is very passionate. But our players hated Mancini for his fiery temperament. I wonder how fiery Simeone is on a scale of 1-10 if Mancini is a solid 7 and the Engineer is 1.

Simeone is better than both.

Simeone is doing the best job of anyone in football. City's biggest problem is their mentality, and he'd fix that within a year.

Bardsley is better looking than his wife

Tancredi is a tit

Zaf Iqbal may have mishandled Sturridge's injuries in a way which has come to light on his rehab in LA. Otherwise, he's probably being scapegoated.

3 worthwhile posts and opinions here.

But no one has addressed my question on the scale of 1-10 of fieriness.

What's wrong with a bit of fire? Too many of your players still hide when things get tough, and still get lazy on any given day. Simeone would push you to become CL contenders as well as PL favourites, as long as you gave him the power to get rid of anyone who disagrees with his intensity and methods.

The money you've spent, you should be in the group with Bayern, Real Madrid, Barca and from the looks of things, Atletico and maybe Chelsea. You're nowhere near, so far.

I agree. And Pep should decide rather quickly what he wants to do with him. He cannot let him play as CDM all season long (with rafinha) as right and then change it again once we meet Real.

I'll add a few of my own:
- Paying £16m for Balotelli and £4m for Lambert, when none of them fit our system.
- Not selling Borini for £11m, where he will probably now be shipped out on loan then bought for £3m by an Italian club.
- Having Simon Mignolet and Brad Jones as our only keepers, with both of them being awful the season before.
- Paying £20m for Dejan Lovren
- Making our success of our season depend on an injury prone striker and a 19 year old winger.
- Allowing Coutinho's contract to expire in 18 months, with no talks ongoing about an renewal.
