I could maybe make a case for C4 Gorou if it was in his base kit like that, but like hell am I spending any rolls for a single copy, much less C4. I like the idea of a Geo healer character since the also provide shields, but it ain't worth primogems.

I'll keep using Ningguang with the Prototype Amber catalyst for that role. Good enough.

Itto quest was actually pretty good, I'm impressed. Decent length, non-generic characters, good VA even in English, decent story. The domain was fun too, lots of hidden chests and a simple but unique stair puzzle. Itto's pretty likeable.

Trial runs are never indicative of characters, imo.
He's lots of fun to use for me, and I actually find him more fun with a ER weapon than with his signature, since burst is pretty much always up.
Need to find more crit/crit damage artifacts though, I gave him too much DEF and those stats are kinda low ;_;

Shame it doesn't tell how many "artifacts fodder" you need to level up them but just gives you the required XP.

Her burst is up so damn quickly though, you can constantly swap to her, burn it, and swap back and keep on doing whatever. The healing is enough to keep up with corrosion from the wolf enemies, as long as I don't get hit with too many stacks. Let's be real, with a Geo resonance team and the shields, corrosion is the only thing you're taking damage from anyways.

I originally built it to try to make Yanfei a pyro healer, since that's the combo in a character that I want the most, but her elemental burst being 80 energy kinda sucks. Funny enough, even with the shitty ER, it's her most popular build in CN/JP. If only the main stat on the weapon was ER instead of HP, it'd be perfect. Any 40 energy catalyst user can be a healer with it though, it's probably one of the more universal craftable weapons, and the heals it provides works on all characters, not just the one on the field.

HP is good on Yanfei when you have her at C4, since it provides a huge HP scaling shield. You can put Noblesse on her for a dmg boost to your team and she offers pyro resonance. The only issue is that you need a lot of HP% and ER rolls on your artifacts, which could be difficult.

I have big doubts about the Dendro stuff. Didn't they tested once and had to pull back because it was a unbalanced mess?
I rather risk saying that Dendro will be the jack of trades in comparison with the rest. Mixing damage, support and CC. That way, it wouldn't be unbalanced.
Also, we have one effect that already shows this thinking is bogus. Dendro+Pyro seems heavy dot, except for the Dendro slimes(seriously, these guys should have been adjusted since ever).
Also Baizhu I have my doubts. I think they would totally go to the route of one 5-star plus a 4-star. Which is which, who knows.

For me, the problem with Furryboy's kit is that he's clunky to use. Switch (lose time) -> cast skill (lose time) -> cast burst (lose time) -> switch (lose time). It's just annoying and most of the time you go "eeeeh fuck it" and don't bother.

A) You won't see him much anyway
B) Easy as fuck to build

Xynian isn't the best character even when you get sacrificial(I remember she being at the botton of character usage I think), but I simply spam skills and ult and she suddendly do something. Does that would work?

Dunno, never really played Xinyan and I played Sara in coop domains (I actually like setting traps) and never in my comps.

I might add, I'm definitely NOT a fan of switching often gameplay. So my opinion on that might be biased.

Edit: I'm seeing people suggesting "1/8/1 talent" for Gorou, so maybe you can just skip a rotation step altogether.

Brain damaging scale, since her shield is efficiency is dependable on the number of enemies hitted, meaning no matter your DEF stat if it does not activate her lvl 3 shield you won't be taking full advantage of it. Also, she increases ATK on Ascension.
Has a constelation that gives DEF scaling on...her charging attack?
Her burst bascially consists on 80% physical damage, the rest a very low dot pyro damage(my Xynian has her burst maxed).

I love her, but she pratically born wrong.

So even though I couldn't give a single fuck about Gorou, they would have to try pretty hard to make him that bad.

Yea I tried so hard to make Xinyan work somewhere. She was a decent but not great pyro support for Childe until I got Yoimiya, that's the best I could do. Sacrificial Greatsword helps her a lot, but even then it's just for her shield and then she needs to fuck off since her kit is messed up. Even just making all of her skills scale off of ATK instead of half DEF, half phys damage bonus, etc. would be a big help for her. And outside of Noelle and now Itto, nobody uses claymore charge attacks, which is her other bonus.

Xinyan, Amber, and Sara are the trinity of "needs buffs" in my eyes. Even Qiqi has her uses in Freeze teams and vs. Signora.

Just healing is not enough, not even if it happens off-field. Diona can shield, heal, apply cryo reliably over a wide area and function as a battery. Even if her healing isn't as good as Qiqi's, the fact she can do those other things make her a lot more valuable.

Diona heal sucks ass, it's tied to her burst and you have to stay in the circle. You have Qiqi, you're immortal.

Despite her healing being worse, Diona's still a much stronger character. Her heal is good enough for 99% of the content in this game and she offers various other ways to buff the team.

I have both characters at lvl 90. Currently farming for clam artifacts to get Qiqi up to snuff. I like her, but using Diona feels a lot better.

The characters available in the Electro one is pretty much one of my preferred teams anyways, so that one will be a cinch, but it looks like I'm going to have to depend on NPC Ayaka to get through the 2nd one. Hopefully she doesn't get the Kaeya treatment from last Misty Dungeon and get shitty equips.

I'd say any open world city should load phones way more than 2 fountains and 1 samurai doggo located on a separate server. Maybe that's the real problem, Miho is just being cheap and doesn't want our teapots taking too much of their servers capacities?
