1. Because people are pedantic or arrogant in LRG.

2. They take too long to ship your products.

3. Bad customer service.

4. They release interesting games without notice.

5. Sometimes they put junk games (indie or NES) at exorbitant prices.

Not giving LRG my money. If I want to play Gex, I'll order the originals from Amazon and play them on the PS3. It's a great series with some of the old school ND devs working on it. I believe it's one of Straley's first games.

The Trillogy looks good. It seems like they doubled the resolution which is perfect. That is what I do in the emulator.

That way it is still jaggy like a PlayStation game.

It sounds like what LRG did is that they made an emulator and they are popping all these old games into it.

I am not certain if the emulator runs the games in widescreen or not.

Really, I would rather have them in the original screen ratio. They are intended to be that way.

They should have just licensed Mednafen or Beetle.

They open a pre-order window for like 4 months ......THEN they start manufacturing the games.......THEN they ship it like 6-12 months after the pre-order window closes. Might get the game by the end of 2025 if lucky.

I personally dislike their FOMO-driven business, and general incompetence regarding stuff like product shipping. The Kara Lynne mess was simply the cherry on the top.
I'm also pretty sure that they've been accused of censorship in the past, but I need to look up that more.

I loved Gex as a kid and that trailer got me excited but after reading that… I think I’ll just stick with emulation.
