I recently played GTA 5 for the first time in a while. Holy shit the clunky gameplay is absolute dog shit. Even in 2013, I knew it was outdated, but man, it is just rough

If GTA 6 can keep their standards of one upping themselves with their attention to details and combine that with very good 3rd person combat, it will feel revolutionary. This is the same studio that developed Max Payne 3. One of the best TPS's of all time. And the 2022 GTA 6 leaks showed drastic improvements to combat, which has me hopeful

Yeah it looks good in those clips. If I recall correctly there was also a part where the character goes prone, or was that a rumor? I'd really like a option like that during gun fights, could be very cool.

That being said, I've never had much issues with GTA controls, even if they are quite sluggish especially in IV, V less so. RDR2 has sluggish controls too but it never bothered me.

All i see are clickbait articles and clickbait youtube videos.
This game is still 2 years away AT LEAST and they didn't show anything concrete. The rest is just engagement bait.

Two years away at least? Let's not get too crazy now. It's still planned for late next year, and yes it can easily get delayed but I doubt it will be late 2026.
