All my points would go to Night City - Cyberpunk. I figure I would need all the days to get properly outfitted with cyberware, and try to seduce my version of Fem V.

Not really ciry/town but more likely dark worlds:

I want to visit every single Fallout 3/NV VAULTS with the same weapon then I will point to Point Lookout from Fallout 3

I would love also to explore Skyrim world.

Well, if I have a city to visit, it would be the one from Batman Arkham Night but only with the same Batmobile/Battank from the game or with the same Batman ability to fly.
