I already have a great gaming pc and both consoles. I'll have both next gen consoles too. I enjoy gaming from a couch and not a desktop station from time to time.
I'm just saying, in general, I hope MS isn't buying a studio that deserves to have every gamer possible play their games.

From what Osiris is hinting, it sounds like they bought a JP company or IP. Probably finalized the deal around 7p.m. JP time with Spencer over there.
I wouldn't say MS is "killing" it if they bought Techland. They haven't produced shit this gen. I bought Dying Light for $20 when the glitch happened on Gamestop and I felt ripped off paying that much for that game.

I didn't keep the closest of eyes on TV tech this year, but by most accounts, LG OLED is still the best choice. Their 4K OLED panels are superior to Samsung 8K QLED in blind viewings.
I'm putting down for the 48-inch C9 to replace my 49" Sony 4K X800D for desktop use. It has HDMI 2.1 on all ports, 120HZ.
MicroLED is the future for sure, but I think they are another 2-3 years out at least.

We actually got a lot of info from Osiris from relative power to game reveals to studio/ip purchases and more.
Forcing him to speak up in another way will probably just make him want to post less on here (like when Klee asked to be banned on era)

I would have thought the same thing as well, but I literally didn't hear a single thing about Sony TVs this year. Granted, I didn't look into at all, but other years, I wouldn't have looked into it either, I would have just come across it.

What size TV were you thinking of getting?
Two year old internal trailer and a 24fps cinematic trailer of hellblade which isnt representative of gameplay. You shouldn't be judging next gen on either of these.

Probably just about that size. I have a 40 something inch LG that's just 1080p right now. I can only go so big before it starts to fall off the edges.
I do have a family room LG OLED that I've hooked up to a couple times and it looks gorgeous with the Pro running certain games

The 14hr difference is alluding to the time difference between japan and east coast.
Godfall was scheduled to release in 2019 and from what I can tell, on pc/ps4/xbone. Small team, not a long dev cycle. People shouldn't expect much from it.

i think there’s 2 models out of the 5 that support hdmi 2.1 i was reading something about them earlier. i’ll have a look and edit post with link for you.

Have you ever had Sony? I've always Sony, but I'm thinking of making the switch to LG this year. I have the 4K Sony and a 55" Sony W905A 1080P panel. Both are great, but I don't like Android TV on the 4K. Which is why I'm switching it out.
WebOS looks awesome, the magic remote too. And I think Sony's OLED panels are made by LG anyway. (Not sure though)

I interacted with Klee a number of times when I was over in the other place and I found him to be a very genuine and decent guy. Not attention-seeking whatsoever. Just having a conversation and relaying a few things he heard from some friends he had in the industry from his days working for GamePro (I think that's the magazine he worked at).
