Used to be a landlord, left it behind as it just stressed me out and I don't need it anymore. That being said, I was a fuckin rad landlord, and people act like landlords are evil while thinking the banks are innocent with how escrow and mortgages are handled. The truth is everyone is making something off everyone else's back, and those acting like landlords are evil have no concept of what evil is. 99% of the time, when someone bitches about landlords, they're those tenants whose units are always blaring music, smells up the whole complex of weed, parks in the wrong spots, starts shit with other tenants, drives way too fast through the complex, and then when the landlord approaches the tenant they always start crying about biases and "tenant rights". Fucking hypocritical cowards the lot of em. If you complain about landlords, I know you're just a shithead tenant full stop.
