X, how do the PSVR2 games fare while sitting ?
The problem I have is that my TV sits on a desk in my studio and I have the Pro sitting on a drawer next to me - I basically have no room as to play games while standing, would that be a problem ?

I play sitting all the time.

Most game will auto adjust or have options in the menu for sitting to make grabbing weapons, ammo, etc easier.

You can't sit in Pavlov though. You might get killed because people think you're a kid. Lol.

Whats walking dead 1 and 2 like?

Great. They are slow tactical semi stealth survival games. You (mainly) go out and scrounge for materials during the day and try to sleep at night.

The zombie infection gets worse with every passing day so it's got some strategy on how you spend you time and what's worth risking stuff for.

It is. 30% for new subscribers, and 25% for ppl upgrading tiers. My sub runs out day 25 so im gonna wait it to expire and if i can get a new sub with a discount then i buy another year, if not then i just leave it expired untill Monster Hunter comes out.

Last year i managed to resub and get the discount even not being a new subscriber. I just cancelled my sub and the discount appeared to resub.

I still don't know PSVR2's price over here in Euroland, PS direct has it for 650€ with horizon included, amazon for 20 more and the base pack (no games included) can be found for 450 on various e-shops...

So, what's the normal price ? what would the "right" price for this be durin the BF deals ?

650€ with horizon and 600€ alone.
Both will be at 400€, i’ve secured one with horizon , just waiting friday to have the discount.

Let’s go psplus extra. Getting Dead Island 2 and Dying Light 2 in the last 2 months is awesome especially with both having pro patches.

It doesn’t have a specific patch, but Ghostwire Tokyo on PS+ runs unlocks in HFR mode and hits 85-95 fps on Quality.

Can't wait for the same sale prices they run every single big "sale" event they run. Consoles need physical games so that we can actually get a deal once in a while. The stuff anybody wants will only be knocked down to the usual 20% off, and probably only on the Deluxe Editions of many titles and 90% will be indy crap that is almost always cheaper by a wide margin on Steam already. Not sure why I'd care to pony up for a VR2 when the VR1 I bought collected dust while they forgot it existed, much like the VR2, and a bunch of controllers for the same price they are every year, including the dumpster trash sticks that cause you to need a new one every 6 months to a year. God I wish Sony had some competition to get back to doing things that are actually good and fun for us who own their consoles.

Its working for me. This is how its aplying the discounts... (I have PS+ Extra still active)

- To keep the same sub (PS+ Extra) it gives me a 25% discount
- To upgrade to Premium, it gives me a 30% discount
- To downgrade to Essential, no discount.

My sub expires day 25, im going to let it expire and see if then the Essential tier gives me a discount or only Extra and Premium does.

Yeah Steam sales aren't nearly as good as they used to be either, though at least for my country Steam offers regional pricing so it's still WAY cheaper than PSN.

But it's the industry at large that has moved away from big discounts. We also see many publishers (outside of a few like Capcom) that seemingly no longer do permanent price drops. They'll leave their games at full price for a long time and they'll just offer increasingly bigger discounts during sales. Even 3 years old games that didn't sell particularly well like Deathloop or Guardians of the Galaxy are still full price (though, of course, they put them on sale often). During the Ps3 era games like these would now be on some "greatest hit" collection permanently dropped down to $19.99.

I at least partially blame Nintendo for that because they never drop prices with the Switch being a huge success and it seems like others have followed them on that approach (heck Nintendo never discounts past 33% off at least on eShop)

I was hoping the Final Fantasy 7 twin pack would be on sale because the PS store won’t allow me to buy Intergrade since I got it through PS+ (my subscription expires December 1st and I’m only on Chapter 3) but I guess I’ll have to settle for the sale price of Rebirth. If I also get a year of PS+ while it’s on sale I guess it doesn’t make a difference since I would have Intergrade anyway.
