We will, in 10 years, when R* rerelease the game as a supersomethingHD edition ala RDR1 and it'll cost $60

It's sad because it's probably the best selling video game released since its year (2018). Like...i get it, Rockstar is 100% focused on GTAVI and GTA Online but still, it's crazy that 4 years in, we don't have a current gen update.

Charting doesn't mean that GTA5 or RDR2 are selling well.

First this is downloads and it counts people downloading the game multiple times. Say you have a PS4 and have GTA5 or RDR2 and then you buy a PS5 and reinstall it. That counts. It's always as a result going to be a baseline high game. Especially when that list is bifurcated by PS5 vs PS4 games.

Neither game is actually anywhere near the top 20 in sales.

2028 PS6 Remaster for $70.

Separately good to see KCD on PS4 and KCD2 on PS5 in there, such great games.

But much as with RDR2 it’s kind of ridiculous we don’t have a KCD PS5 patch, Remaster or something. It’s a missed opportunity.

Since July 2020, Take 2 doesn't allow Circana to include digital revenue of their games in public rankings. GTA V and RDR2 would likely show up a lot more if they did.

Dropping the console price and including Astro Bot for free is definitely going to move units. If I didn't already have a PS5 that bundle would entice me to buy.
