i didnt have problems with nioh or nioh 2 and i have a crappy cpu for gaming ( 3900x )

the game looks really interesting i think i will enjoy it a little more than ghost of tsushima because of the deeper combat

There’s a lot of things it’s not nearly as good at vs Ghost, missions/story/world/visuals/ost

i dont know about the world , for me GoT has the typical ubisoft empty world , there wasnt alot of interesting things to do , at least for me

visuals and ost i agree that GoT is better

in terms of story i have to play rise of the ronin and judge for myself

I was really interested in the game and played the PS5 trial. It was a technical mess, which was disappointing.

Hoping it plays well on PC, so I can give it a go.

180 gigs for this is crazy. The game looks terrible, the texture quality is super poor, there really isn't much going on in the game at all that would warrant such a file size.

Great game, platted it in 50 hours and enjoyed every minute. Here's hoping for some DLC, which was rumored before.

Really hope this runs better than their previous ports.

If it does then I'll be glad to enjoy it in all it's glory.

This game is the perfect demonstration that difficulty levels in a souls-like is fine. It should get more love. Some may opt to get this over AC Shadows.

Curious that Sony let KT publish it, though? Especially after they're publishing Lost Soul Aside on PC which is essentially in the same situation.
Same situation as the Nioh series. Sony published the console version while KT self published the PC version.
Sony only published the console version in the West, Koei Tecmo published it in Japan.
On the other hand, Sony DID publish Rise of the Ronin in Japan.

The combat itself is more Sekiro than anything else.
Hey guys, this is a great game. In my opinion, this is Team Ninja’s best game since Ninja Gaiden Black.
The parry system is up there with Sekiro, I might even argue it’s better in some ways.
Please get the game.
I was quite worried about enemy variety since its all humans, but the video seems to indicate that wont be a problem.

Sekiro-like combat is great news, you guys are making me want to give it a chance, but i have like 6 or 7 preoders already waiting for me in the next ~3 months
I am already cooked if i attempt to play all of that and i am still considering adding Spiderman 2 port to that list this week.

Played on pro. I do recommend. Not a bad game at all. Way better than that Sekiro ripoff they did. Not as good as Nioh 2 by a country mile, but still a solid game. If you like GoT more than Dark Souls 3 this may be your Team Ninja game, but if not, Nioh 2 is much better. This defintely looks like the definitive edition. It played pretty great on Pro, and looked good but the graphics themselves did seem a little janky. To be completely open I dropped it from boredom about 10 hours in. I'd definitely get any Ninja Gaiden first before this one.

Nice.

If you like Ruroni Kenshin and/or Gintama, you should definitely try this game.

If you like Team Ninja gameplay (Ninja Gaiden and Nioh), you should buy this game:

If you like games with good character creation tools, well:

If you like the Way of The Samurai games... Just buy it.

I wouldn't rush to get it. While the game is great, it's far jankier than nioh or anything from has made recently. It's worth it in the end, but do expect issues.

That 180 GB file size is a ball buster. That alone may keep me from buying this otherwise interesting looking game.

Wow out of nowhere. I heard this game was just ok, but I think it looks good enough for a try. Pretty excited.
