I was starting to wonder where all the daily Sony patent updates had disappeared to. It's hard to believe it's been so long. I almost miss reading about those nonsensical patents that will never see the light of day.

Can't really see the point of this patent, Nintendo already did it in some ways with Mario 3D World when you die too much with the white tanooki appearing and making you invincible with some drawback if you choose to take it.
I guess that's something similar but just more advanced considering AI and progress in computing.

Just imagine if they apply this concept to other things. Your next PlayStation could be listening anytime you curse out DEI practices and automatically change all the NPCs to cute anime waifus to satisfy your incel urges. Or maybe it hears the voice of your wife's boyfriend in the background and the game will open up more gender choices.
