It's the least hyperbole review so far and actually talks about stuff that others completely missed - so it does become accurate in that way.I find it hilarious when people recommend a review as being an accurate representation of the game when they themselves haven't played it, so would of course have no idea if it's accurate or not.
its 87 with only 51 reviews at the moment, chance are that ll drop at least 1 or 2 points if this game got the same amount of reviews that a AAA normaly gets.
You cannot have any sane opinion and also say that GP is incredible. Gp and otehr sub services will ruin and devalue gamingI know this might sound crazy for some but... people can actually like and be positive about 2 different things.
And I'm sorry if this causes some of you to have a stroke but... there are even people out there who just love good games and good deal regardless of the company that make them .
I know...
you are 100% right but in this industry a bad review ll always generate more clicks then a good one
Yes Sven looks like you have bottled up GOTY 2023. Now please restore cut content
FYI it's 87 with 82 critics at the moment.
Starfield Reviews
Starfield is an expansive sci-fi RPG from Bethesda Game Studios that offers a vast open world to explore. The game emphasizes freedom, allowing players to pursue side quests and space exploration...opencritic.com
And is this FUD…are they in the room with us right now?
Lmao
So space is just an illusion basically? Damn why can't bethesda do what NMS did with 10 people??
I usually don't put a lot of stock into the lowballers or the "omg this game is perfect" type of reviewsTrue. I made that point earlier this morning that we would probably see some lowball clickbait. Happens every time, unfortunately.
It's 87 now but with only 44 reviews. It will only go down from here and will end at like 84-85. Yeah, hardly a disaster but for a game hyped up as the saviour for Xbox for the past 3 years it's a huge disappointment.
Game should have taken place inside one 8-10 planet solar system. All planets hand crafted and can travel between them in real time.
That's way more interesting than 1000 planets and all the compromises that comes with.
The game began development 10 years ago, and they worked on it for many years before this gen was even thought of.jesus, the loading. this game is really a 7/10 last gen game.
follow this beast if you don't already:
My sentiments exactly. Just watched a few videos, the gameplay systems look strikingly similar to Mass Effect 1.I was expecting Daggerfall in space but it's actually Mass Effect 1. Well, that's the best Mass Effect...
Every time, i don't get why people hate her - all her content is controversy free and her streams are super chill. She just loves games.
Seems like they just hate that she's pretty and makes money?
"25 years in the making!!"So mid to high 80s.
Still pretty solid but not as ground breaking as people were expecting especially given the $400M+ price tag.
It's a copy pasta memeNo way those people are real. No freaking way.
Yeah and we ll see the same thing happening again when Spider Man 2 review embargo lifts off.True. I made that point earlier this morning that we would probably see some lowball clickbait. Happens every time, unfortunately.

I do hate some of the stuff I have been hearing that is kind of letting me down but was honestly always wondering how they were going to pull this off and it seems some of my hopes they simply did not pull off what I had hoped.
But I will be up late tonight playing it regardless
you mean the video from the IGN performance tester with timestamps? big FUD indeedLooks great, watching a streamer on Twitch (press keys are active). And, loading screens doesn't appear as much as some people have claimed.
Lots of FUD going on.
About 55 peopleDid anyone really think this would outscore bg3?
definitely, and his approach (while pure madness) addresses the issue I personally appreciate--knocks out every game at 100% and then provides a holistic review. Always keep him on my radar. His Pathfinder content is great
Here lolsauce? lmao

yea, honestly a bit disappointed with the flying. Because of the ship building I was expecting being able to upgrade and hyper jump from system to system. I honestly was expecting Elite Dangerous/NMS space exploration minus being able to take off and land manually.Hate this about the flying, really disappointing honestly

Good god man give it a rest, you're blowing your own trumpet like you're Nostradamus. There is no sad part it's a great game, it scored under 90 I expected over but its certainly no disaster.
87, the same as Halo Infinite.
I wasn't expecting any more, to be honest. I even voted for 85-89 yesterday and commented in this very thread that it'll be between 86-88. But I know people were expecting more (90-95 or even 95+) from Starfield, and it didn't live up to its potential.
The sad part is that it could have been a special game because we don't get games like these -- open-universe space RPGs.
Hope all the marketing threads were worth it
Perfect for Gamepass™As a gamepass title, playing this game is a no brainer.
88 score with 82 reviews in.
If this ends up not doing well, what exclusive worth a damn does MS still have?
