I really doubt this will happen. I'm already salty because I bought a 3DS 1 year before the n3DS was announced. I'm going to be mad if this happens for the PS4 as well :p

I noticed the dropped combos. Those sidesteps were on-point though.
When you got that throw when I was at the life lead at the end of the match I was mashing 1 so hard. I really thought I got you xD
We should play more often. Playing you will help me a lot.

Did they put up a "beta first on ps4" logo for T7 or did they just assume because SFV had one?

or is a beta supposed to be the exclusive content?

This is something I've been hearing since T6 bound combo footages came out. The casual crowd doesn't like long juggles, I actually thought the devs realized that with the release of Tekken Revolution, a game without a juggle extending gimmick where most of the lobbies there are titled "juggles = kick".

Unfortunately, like America, more noob play of Tekken 7 due to the unfortunate scarcity of the game in anywhere besides Japan and Korea.

JDCR should have just flown to Europe instead. Hell, just go to any place that is not Japan or Korea to steal that spot.

I don't understand how this bracket is being run.... If this is a 12 man double elimination, there needs to be 4 players who get automatic byes from a default 16 man bracket... but it looks like a bunch of people have already played... maybe this is Round Robin?

EDIT: looks like it's 16 man bracket with 4 random people like that Yomi girl added in to the original 12.

Tissuemon looks older than Harada haha. He also kinda reminds me of that MegaMan producer.

But man that Loser's semi-finals between Devil and Genius was kinda crazy. Everything changed when Devil went with the super-hard read going for that getup low kick to win that 4th round when he was down 2-1 on the verge of elimination. And then the momentum just carried forward to get him that Japan trip. But about that matchup, even I honestly still don't know how to properly deal with Paul's d/f+1 backsway mixups yet. Can't blame everyone for having trouble against Genius.

But that 3-0 sequence is pretty much what to expect on Devil, Vanex, BloodHawk, and Naps for that global tournament. They don't stand a chance with nowhere to practice against good competition. Hope they enjoy the trip at least.

But seriously Namco... I will promise to stay quiet with my complaints if you add just one thing... give a unique tail-spin animation on backturned opponents... please. Don't forget that with whichever arcade update you're in the middle of developing.

The problems just begin there. There are other situations like with Claudio doing a CH b+1 where the the stun inflicted has the guy perpendicular to Claudio. When Claudio then does his Tail spin move as the juggle follow up, because the orientation of the opponent is perpendicular, the tail spin animation is happening at a 90 degree angle to Claudio. However, Tekken's system for some reason doesn't allow movement in that direction of the camera so you see the guy going through the tail spin animation while remaining in the same place. Idealy I'd like to see a solution for the situation of an opponent perpendicular to the character as well.

Conceptually the tail spin is fine. It's just a replacement of the bound without the extra functionality at the wall. However, the aesthetic execution of it is butt ugly... and I really hope the current implementation of backturned and perpendicular opponents are just placeholders.

I've been spoiled by Rising Thunder's godlike netcode, 5 bars is too laggy for me now.

I REALLY hope they'll improve the way they match you with people, TTT2 matchmaking tend to pair me with people that are 5 bars for a second and 4,3,2 bars for the rest of the match.

Yeah happens a lot lately. At one point you start to wonder if it's not you, but then you play 2-3 dudes with stable 4-5 bars and you know the others are bunch of clowns downloading granny porn while playing or lagswitching on purpose. Fucking clowns.

Being on Wireless is horrible. I can deal with the stable 2 bars connection I get with Bout. I just have to get used to it, but it is possible. Those random lag spikes I got when I was on Wireless though... those were driving me insane!
Playing fast, reaction-based games Online on Wireless should be illegal.
