Really wanted the first one but got frustrated with SFIV because of the 360's controller. The D-Pad, the triggers, the button placement, etc. does not mesh with fighters.

Now that I'm getting a stick, I'll be all over Continuum Shift, especially for $40.

Has there been any word of Continuum Shift for PAL release. The PAL version of the original was released not long ago, but I refused to buy it because I heard about Continuum Shift.

Yup, but you can pick it up online for about £22. A bargain, even a late one, is a bargain.

Jump in, on 360 if you're so inclined, game is fun as all getout!

I think the standard setup goes like this:

A B C

D

Top three buttons from left to right and then bottom left button will be drive. I hope this works for you

There's two setups that the arcade lets you choose from:

A B C
D

Felt GG was a series that introduced complexity for the sake of complexity. Kinda like how I feel about SF4 series in some ways.

Also, personal reasons.

lol, the one in SFIV is shit compared to VF4 Evo or even the EX series.

Hmmm. I just saw a pic from a Japanese magazine (probably Famitsu) of two more characters. They're not Hazama or Tsubaki. Completely different. One is a black Taokaka, with with long light brown hair, and other is a character with a torn white cloak and hood, adorned with giant bell-like necklace. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

I don't want to post the image, since it could be a scan.

But yeah, saw them too, kinda wish the cat in yellow (forgot his name) was in the game instead. =/

360 version is recognized as a 360 controller instantly. PS3 version might not work depending on your mobo (at least this was the case with the first run of TE sticks).

BB was great, but slowly turned me off by the balance issues. CS is looking better in that department, but only two new characters right? New stages, sightly changed gameplay, etc.... Still debating if I should go ahead =P

I am. Besides, that will be the last fighting game of the year most likely, and a preview for 2011's awesomeness.

According to a post on the Aksys forums there will not be a LE for Continuum Shift in the US.

So a lot of you hardcore BB fans are probably planning on purchasing import BBCS right when it hits Japan's shelves. I can't blame you, I import regularly myself. But hold your horses and listen to the wise words of Ms. Boomy.

The English version of BBCS will be completely in English and Japanese (text and voice-overs). There will also be the option of Korean and Chinese (text only). Don't believe me?

This was an official response by Arc System Works to an English-speaking fan.

Now that we've gone over that, lets talk about this Limited Edition everyone has been raving about. Myself and Kanedags were going to make an awesome LE for you, but unfortunately due to the powers that be we had to abandon the idea ; _ ;. We didn't want to do something at the last minute and just throw some junk in a box for you.

For you those of you not in the know, Amazon and Gamestop have the game up for pre-order for $39.99 with the street date for 7/20/10.

Hazama and Tsubaki are new playable characters. μ-12 is console exclusive character. Legion mode and tutorial mode that is sort of like SFIV has been added.
