One of the facts was just debunked above. The poster you're going back and forth with just wants to promote that you do research instead of being the guy who will blindly follow a narrative and jump out of the window at anything to prove his side of things. I think it looks alright, personally. I wouldn't buy it on launch though. Not really getting a heavy Saints Row vibe like how SR2 made me feel and how much fun I had with that world.

Was literally the first video on YouTube when I sorted by upload time, I even said in the post it has the ending.It also has a chunk of late game gameplay.

I’m deeply concerned by the quality of the games Embracer will be putting out. Saints Row is one of the bigger IPs they own and this is what they deem acceptable?

When you can’t say or do anything politically incorrect you end up with dialogue like this. They have to compensate for it with an over abundance of shits and fucks. It’s pretty common right now with the left-leaning millennial standup/podcaster crowd. A whole lotta empty talk with 2-3 politically safe curse words and maybe some mild sexual innuendo(usually homosexual) if they’re feeling really bold.
And sadly, if recent reports are to be believed, it sounds like GTA6 will be heading in the same direction.

Looks fun as hell to me based on the latest gameplay footage. I try to never be so stuck up in my views that I deny myself playing all kinds of games. I see tons of great gameplay design decisions in here. Even the takedowns are super badass as fuck, and tons of other small little touches. I also don't mind the main character and their little crew of friends at all as a cast. I'll enjoy this one for sure.

Super overblown. Dialogue in the game is fine. The character was just reacting in an exaggerated and silly fashion to a particular outcome not going how they wanted on their first day on the new job.

GTA IV controls were stiff as shit compared to Saints Row 1 (and maybe 2)s controls..
And Saints Row 1s multiplayer was 10000x times better then GTA IV

I'll answer you seriously for the thread. Of course Saints Row has better controls than GTA 4, that's why I preferred it overall to GTA 4, but GTA 4 dwarfed it in terms of competition and sales, then GTA 5 did it again, which is what the poster I quoted is talking about. There shouldn't be a single doubt that GTA 4 and GTA 5 were the two highest grossing and most played open city games back then, both offline and online. Every other game might as well have been an ant in comparison. Not even the Neogaf bubble can save you from that absolute fact.
