Well, as always, it's a mater of personal taste. The last Ubi game I cared about was Ghost Recon: Wild Lands.

Hopefully, Ghost of Yotei will feel less "Ubi" like Ghost of Tsushima and have an actually interesting open world instead of the dead open worlds of Ubisoft.

Yeah, agree, Wild Lands was great but i think Breakpoint was even better 🙌

And i totally agree, if someone had asked me what i was playing when playing Tshushima i would have said: Unknown Ubi game :messenger_beaming:

Yeah, I understand why you'd prefer Breakpoint, but even though they are both "Ubi-like" open worlds, the illusion in Wild Lands worked vastly better for me than in Breakpoint. Again, personal taste. Open worlds that are unable to keep my suspension of disbilief in check are a game breaker even if the rest is good.

Need to see what new Splinter Cell looks like first before I can say goodbye to Ubi.
There is no room for a good Splinter Cell stealth game, especially not now when Ubisoft is looking only at big projects with good perspectives to monetize them. Gaas Splinter Cell, open world Splinter Cell, teen aesthetic Splinter Cell - all terrible prospects.

I hear you, but they haven't cancelled it and going GAAS or making it into Fortnite is way too risky as there's already enough negativity attached to Ubisoft.

The last Ubisoft game I bought was The Crew Motorfest. I had no idea it was online only when I bought the physical version. Also Ubisoft's statement "get used to the idea of "not owning" their games" made me no longer interested in any of their future releases.

Each time I see or hear about BG&E2 I feel the cringe deep in my bones. Why they decided to go that route instead of just making a normal sequel is beyond me.
I think the latest(very old now) BG&E2 trailer really destroyed Ubisoft for me.

After all that time what we needed was a return to the IP that we all loved and missed. With Jade and PeyJ.

Whatever the fuck that is we got, I'll never understand. I could feel that whoever made that trailer was giving me the middle finger right in my face and laughing about it.

Made me hate them, to be honest. Just a standard amount like how I hate beans. I'm not gonna boycott them or anything, but I'm done with them.

Yeah. Because the game sold poorly. And not because it was shit.
I said it was good. And the good game thst came out of ubisoft had it's studio closed. Great job ubisoft. Nice contribution to the industry. Make one good game in the last decade and the close the studio. It might not have sold well but im 100% sure ubisoft had much mich bigger flops and those studios are still around.
