I was to only lad on my school yard with this one. All the other children had either the purple/blue one or a red one. I think I remember seeing one lad with a yellow one as well. But I could be wrong.

Good fucking times. We all duplicated Pokemon with the infamous Link Cable disconnect bug like. I managed to get Mew on an event and after a week, my whole school had it.

I got mine for my 7th bday along with pokemon blue and links awakening dx. Iirc we only got atomic purple and the solid purple at launch.

when the new colors came out my sister got the lime green one and red version and that christmas we both got yellow version.

Definitley a lot of good times. Playing pokemon back when it was still new and with the original syndication of the anime, I have a lot of good memories of r/b/y and g/s when i was but a tot
