What you don't remember the massive fanfare when such a big name (dont even have to say it) was promoted/demoted to head of creative. People couldn't stop talking about how creative she would be. The naming of her was such a big deal, and as head of creative no less, where she was replacing him or her who were such a big name. Of course her replacement needs no introduction - he or she will no doubt be very creative.
