Depends how separate the solo films are like Wonder Women and Suicide Squad. If they weren't restricted and stand on their own, WB probably have a good chance of salvaging the Universe but Justice League needs canned pronto if it starts in a few weeks. Focus on the unique solo movies and see if they are good then build up.

I can't imagine them canning JL this close to production.

Michael Bay was actually the studio's first choice to direct Abrams' Superman Trilogy. I believe he turned them down something like 3 times? Maybe it was just twice. But he definitely didn't want to make a Superman movie.

Not sure but you can't let Snyder do it or lump it on someone else without the chance to make big changes, could be an even bigger mess.

The other problem is do they want to keep the same actors, back story. A Universe reboot would be extreme but if you can't see a way back, maybe best to just do it.

Alternative would be a soft reset. MoS and BvS didn't happen. Wonder Women, Suicide Squad and Batfleck Batman are the start.
