You really are making this too easy. I can crack this code in my sleep. Let me break it down for everyone.
1) Night changing to day means something important will happen in the transition period within Osiris' timezone today
2) Reference to Odin who is the Norse god of death and wisdom
3) This date is of special importance, it is the release of Sonic the hedgehog
4) Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz is the quest director for Cyberpunk. This will be very important later on, you'll see
5) This is Japanese for Tsushima Ghost. Also important
6) Bufonidae is the scientific family name of a true toad, 8k is the advertised max resolution of next gen consoles
7) George RR Martin is involved in Elden Ring and Game of Thrones author
These are all clear signs. Tonight, in Osiris' timezone, we will receive a message broadcasted by toads which will only be viewable on 8k TVs. They have taken the God Odin as their master and will deliver death to the entire human race because they see it as the wise thing to do. They have been militarizing and planning their invasion since the release of Sonic (they took it personally that he wasn't a toad and we didn't pledge fealty to them). The invasion starts in Tsushima where their plan to turn us all into ghosts will begin. The toads were telepathically communicating with George RR Martin from the very beginning and have been the true creators behind game of thrones. As a final middle finger to humanity, they will ensure the books never get finished and we will be stuck with season 8.
Also Tomaszkiewicz is the quest director for Cyberpunk so we might get some cool Cyberpunk news while we're being annihilated by angry toads.

One does not insinuate, meaning that you are not being ready at that time, so the other logical choice is correct. You are not being ready for the dawn.
Horizon Dawn seems more likely.

Well, when the PS5 is out, it'll have been 3.5 years since Horizon's launch. Enough time for a sequel to be made. And the word "again" implies a second attempt. The word "ready" immediately shoved my train of thought to "Ready at Dawn," though. But on second thought, "again" may also refer to a sequel to The Order.

7 is a reference to Winds of Winter which invalidates 1-6 as never happening.

I'm 40+ years old, and I love the V-shape dev kit, and am secretly hoping that the PS5 will look very similar to the dev kit. I want optimal cooling in my PS5, and the dev kit gives that in spades, and it looks a hell of a lot better to me than the XBSX.

The PS4 Pro is loud in COD Modern Warfare, because the game uses uncapped frame rate at the menus. Infinity Ward could have patched it, and capped the menu frame rate, but haven't done so, and I don't know why.

If Elden Ring is actually going to be a timed exclusive, then YakimaG might be a developer on that game. In his post he said something about suddenly have to optimize for the XSX for some timed exclusivity thing, and he was pretty pissed about it.

Elden ring is ps4 x1 game and to my knowledge next gen hasn’t even been confirmed for it.

I read that he is a founder/director there so I think that's most likely not the typical person to post a rant on a forum. That's more like someone having to redo a part of their work from the past years so a coding developer most likely. Unless the name is a play on the director as a FU.
