If it went to MS, I'd be very annoyed cause I've been saying they are great value and Sony should buy for ages.
But PlayStation seem to not be aware of what they need to do anymore... What wins generations.

So I actually don't know what to guess.

hmmm I like that a lot, Osirisblack said MS is gonna kill it next gen I wonder what they have up there sleeves. If they get 1 year exclusive games like rocksteady Superman and something else that might be too hard for Sony to beat at launch anyway.

I think the hardcore are going to go absolutely NUTS for the Demons Soul remake though. The From Software games have used a dated, garbage engine forever....their games still look last gen. I suspect BluePoint is going to create a game that has visuals in the same category as the Hellblade 2 trailer, arguably better if you like Dark Fantasy with dragons...that's going to excite a LOT of people.

And if the KZ:MP rumor is true, if it is KZ2 quality...with insane visuals and destruction, then watch out. There will be a LOT of excitement.

I'm a big kz mp fan. Shadowfall mp did nothing for me though. I just haven't seen mp games set the bar visually speaking but i have faith in gg.

It needs to look next gen as fuck. They need to bring back the intensity of kz2 and kz3's mp and not fall into the same trap as bfv which feels like a cod game than a war game. If its 40v40, i want all 40 players landing on the beach at once. I don't care if they all get mowed down. The beach landings in bfv are pathetic.

I was pointing more to the fact that both those companies have IP's that a lot of people like and having it taken away from your favourite platform mas be pretty gross.

Other than the feature additions of an RDNA2 part... there would be a general architectural gain in performance PER TERAFLOP over an RDNA1 part or a GCN part. This is important. We can talk about teraflops all day long but if we don’t know exactly what architecture these parts are using (one may have pulled advantages from RDNA2 that the other didn’t get?) we won’t know what performance delta is until digital foundry starts looking at multi platform games.

Osiris said that the trailer with Yelloweyes (that's the monster's name for me now) was the most impressive visual thing he has ever seen. Don't you think such an impressive trailer won't be shown at the reveal? Don't you think such an impressive trailer wouldn't be mentioned in the leak?

Honestly MS or Sony buying out Konami would be the best case scenario for the gaming community because their IPs might finally be used in something other than pachinko machines.

And honestly, if both MS and Sony are going to release 1st party on PC anyways than we pretty much all win regardless of who gets bought by who... Just wait 1 year into nextgen and build a capable PC for ~$500. Boom access to all games.

Agreed, what a waste of IPs. F U Konami.

Maybe Sony can just buy the rights to the ip for making games like how they have the rights to spiderman movies.

On the front of IP, I would be happy if MS or Sony bought them, under the agreement that it stays multiplatform.

Games like Silent Hill and PES etc all need to be multiplatform, and I don’t agree on keeping it locked to anything.

It would be like an exclusive resident evil game. The times it’s happened before, it was terrible.

MS has shown over the past 2-3 years they cannot afford anything other than cheap, small devs, usually on verge of bankruptcy. That's not a dig, it's reality. That rules out Konami.

I keep saying it but no-ones listnin'. Playstation is better funded than Xbox. More specifically: Sony invests MORE than MS in games (Insomniac aquisition is part of this, and shows the difference between the two companies).

If anyone disagrees, try and prove me wrong. No come on, I'm ready for a heated debate this morning, I wrote 'SONY' on my forehead in permanent marker (I'm off work today).

Also about the GS posted games sheet I can actually make a call and find out if that's legit but all of the games having the same release date is a company wide thing. They always have a placeholder date and tentative Price for all upcoming merchandise. The colors kind of throw me off but I will ask. Won't get a definitive answer until tomorrow.

I really don't care which is more powerful, in a very short while it won't matter what either of us have said. A very big part of me is rooting for the Xbox team as I am very impressed by what they are doing and putting together. I also like Phil's messaging and the fact that he is actually at least attempting to do what he said that he would. I appreciate that they put together a competent box and their games library actually looks diverse and has me excited for the first time in a long while about Xbox. When I get information it just is what it is. If it said XseX > PS5 that's what I would have shared. Just like I am happy that Heisenberg (Much Respect) has stuck to his guns with saying the exact opposite of what I have as far as the systems are concerned. The info you get is what you get and you cant change it even if you would like to.
