Better late than never, I mean it's a barebones patch (does it even register as a "PS5" game after this?).

Anyway, this is what I wanted, but Sony seems to be dragging their feet on this aspect of next gen, it would be great if they had some way to automatically unlock at least some games to 60fps without a need to announce each and everyone of them.

And the other Santa Monica Studio games should receive that (UC 4 + the DLC for it).

Anyway, I was waiting for this to play it again! Say what you will about the story, the gameplay is just perfect in this game.

Nice, I thought about it the other day when I was playing Ghosts of Tsushima.

PS4 first party games are so pretty, they don't need a native PS5 version especially with BC being a thing, 60fps option is fine here!

The game will look STUNNING running at 60fps. It looks insanely good running on the old ass hardware of PS4 to begin with and a 60fps patch will def. showcase the achievements Naughty Dog made with their tech. Can't wait to see it.

What is this holy war for resolution? As long as shit is not muddy, more resolution does not equate higher fidelity. You can have more resolution with lesser fidelity assets and the result will be worse.

Those games all use checkerboarding. They are not native 1800p or 2160p. 4kcb is only 4.1 million pixels.

ND uses 1440p in all their Pro games because checkerboarding doesnt play well with their AA solution.
