But their new flag physics detector is all systems goSeems like DF's 800% zoom is glitched and can't zoom in and investigate like neutral tech channels.

What happened with the ground on XSX version?
I’ve seen it all. He’s quoting and commenting on his own posts.
Just like many previous comparisons, im totally fine with PS5 having a slightly lower res in order to run at a locked 60 fps.
If team green is fine with their version having slightly higher res and a few dips i guess we can call it a win for everybody?
Me neither. The idea that they would keep in all the other physics, which are arguably more demanding, just to remove flag physics in the name of performance is actually hysterical.I cant tell if these posts are serious or not.

That was a way to easily copy the picture, you genius.
1800 to 2088 isn't substantial, especially not at the cost of lower fps. I'd rather they lower it to 1800p too to maintain a solid 60fps. That slight extra res isn't worth it.Your "forgot" to mention that the XSX pushes a substantially higher resolution.

How many people have VRR TVs? 5?seems to me, ps5 is unlikely to hold good fps if pushed to 2088p.
so the dev, left the res as it is.
meanwhile for SX, the dev is probably satisfied with 55-60fps at 2088p.
i feel a litte more tweaks, and it should run 60fps locked. but 55fps vrr, who can tell a difference?
That was a way to easily copy the picture, you genius. Feel free to answer the question. Why is the ground so blurry on Series X compared to PS5 ? VRS or just bad AF ?
They're going to do it in every DF thread. It's two sides fighting over the smallest scraps to justify their purchase.Lol arguing over a democome on guys.
Damn, that's a pretty huge difference. But frame rate is king, even if the game looks like complete trash I guessPS5 version has worse lighting and other graphical effects. it looks awful in comparison.
From era.

I thought TFs didn't mean everything. But, now they do? Some consistency would be appreciated. So that 4TF's of xss is rearing it's ugly head again.... 4TF's is 4TF's is 4TF's.
A wash between the 2 current gen versions.

Also, anytime Xbox or PlayStation has any advantage of any sort the same handful of people engage in the same painfully insecure hyperspin cycle of damage control:
Are you seriously suggesting the physics of the character moving through 1 flag is going to even register in performance....And PS5 version runs better coz missing physics which affects frame rate and resolution less than One X.
SX resolution if dropped to One X or PS5 level should fix frame rate issues in final game.
So, uh...this game may not be anyway near as clear-cut a "win" for a given platform as I first though. People are pulling up screenshots now where PS5 has much worst lighting in some areas as well as lower environmental detail/objects and worst cloth physics compared to the PC and Series X versions.
If that's the case, it's not surprising if PS5 has less framerate drops (and according to DF, it DOES have frame drops, just not as much) due to the aforementioned differences. Some of the screenshots almost look worlds apart IMO. Hate to pull it from Reeee, but here 'ya go:

Can’t see any difference.
Can’t notice any drops to 50fps.
But 200 additional vertical pixels from 3 metres away? Another one.
It really depends on the architecture, but seeing as how more 3P games are also getting Switch (and obviously Switch Pro ports when that comes) and Switch Pro (let alone the original) will be weaker in terms of pure TF to Series S...Who said they are everything?
4TF's isn't enough no matter the spin.
Don't forget the lower textures or texture filtering on xbox also
Super Switch will have lower base resolution targets and reconstruct to higher resolutions via the (thus far) superior DLSS.It really depends on the architecture, but seeing as how more 3P games are also getting Switch (and obviously Switch Pro ports when that comes) and Switch Pro (let alone the original) will be weaker in terms of pure TF to Series S...
...even if it's a different architecture, there's lots of similarities between Nvidia and AMD's designs anyway so I will want to see if the same people knocking down Series S for being "only" 4TF do the same with Switch Pro which will inevitably be even less than that and also getting many of these same 3P games going forward.....

The shot on Series X was most likely captured slightly in-motion while PS5's wasn't; if lower texture quality was rampant you'd be able to find many more examples throughout the game but this is the only (cherry-picked) shot that's come up.
Speaking of cherry-picked shots that make a given platform look bad, here's one doing no favors for PS5 (source: cwjs on B3D)

Left is PS5, right is Series X.
it's mostly an image reconstruction caught in-progress on PS5 goes to show how easy it is to capture the same game in two different states on the two systems that can make one look bad by comparison

This is assuming that Switch Pro/Super Switch even has DLSS and if so, at the scale of the PC GPUs (it definitely will have way less Tensor Cores than even 3060).Super Switch will have lower base resolution targets and reconstruct to higher resolutions via the (thus far) superior DLSS.
The xss will be longer in the tooth than the Super Switch and I can see Nintendo exclusives outshining xss games.
This is all if Nintendo doesn't shit the bed and let us down with the specs.
With all due respect they are just one source of others and again, if Series X has truly lower texture resolution quality, I need a lot more than one screen grab to prove it.Its not from some randomer, its from vg tech who states this. Links on his video description i believe.
He does sound analysis so I'll trust him.
I think that's it helluva drug, based on GAF. I turned that off on my CX, because it fucks the picture.
It's a assumption worth making with the current rumors/nVidia partnership. This is assuming that Switch Pro/Super Switch even has DLSS and if so, at the scale of the PC GPUs (it definitely will have way less Tensor Cores than even 3060).
Plus it's Nintendo...when's the last time they hit hype expectations on performance specs? Probably Gamecube IMO, that's going back two whole decades.
You mean him repeating vrr in every post? Yeah you better believe. The kids insane; just wait until he starts talking about expandable storage and more full future rnda2 potential.I cant tell if these posts are serious or not.
Yeah. Like parrots repeating the same thing over and over. I bet as soon as ps5 gets vrr update they will shut up about it. It's like folders all over againYou mean him repeating vrr in every post? "People Can Fly" did. getting all the free marketing for a game no one would be talkinging about otherwise. So who won again?
theyYou know what they say about VRR?
Once you have it all performance issues are gone.
they
used to refer to two or more people or things previously mentioned or easily identified.
It's crazy at this point to see ps5 performing better than a purportedly 12tf console, regardless of negligible res difference.
There some magic under the hood.
Trouble sleeping at night? It's crazy that you posted this without any self awareness on what you actually said.
I mean, assuming they will have some DLSS in Switch Pro/Super Switch? Yeah, for sure. But it's going to be a mobile-based GPU, that will limit the amount of Tensor Cores in the design for powering the task. But maybe they could have an offset in having a more advanced implementation of 2.0 by the time it comes out, who knowsIt's a assumption worth making with the current rumors/nVidia partnership.
Nintendo hasn't made a great spec machine in awhile and these specs aren't great if true.
Who said they were?![]()
Yes it does, except riky probably got no idea what your talking about
So dilusion lolSo bitter
I've already told you I've got a Nanocell so no such problem for me.
Isn’t that the most budget lcd of all? Top end Samsung & Oled has VRR that is not worth the paper it’s written on, but the budget model beats them?So bitter
I've already told you I've got a Nanocell so no such problem for me.
Watched the video and said absolutely nothing about TF was better on PS5..Better performance, details, AF and motion blur? So the better IQ plus performance?
Clear winner.
Damn, that's a pretty huge difference. But frame rate is king, even if the game looks like complete trash I guess![]()
so on LG CX turn off Premium Freesync and turn on Instant game response? No so far I am only promised some updates, which will fix it. I mean VRR on PC is awesome, however on OLED panel it's less than ideal.
